Raoul has been teaching self-defense and martial arts to adults and teenagers since 1993. It is important to him that every single student improves. He attaches great importance to effective techniques and that the students can apply what they have learned in practice. He has the black belt and high degrees in several systems and was also active in security and guarding for a few years.

Oliver is the constant creator who does not like to attract attention. In his lessons, you quickly notice that he has a lot of experience and pays great attention to detail. When it comes down to it, you wish you had Oliver at your side.  Oliver has been a Krav Maga instructor since 2015 and has also been to Israel to train in Krav Maga.

Kai has many years of experience in karate, jujutsu and various boxing styles such as kickboxing, and Thai boxing. He inspires by his professional way and you can notice with every training that martial arts is more than a hobby for him.
