Kickbox-Sparring

Kickbox-Sparring is a great way to practice techniques with a trained partner. It is a challenging training with direct contact, so you can really practice your learned martial arts skills. In our trainings the control of the techniques and the safety of the trainers is the highest priority. More info


Stick-Fighting

We train Strockampf which develops from different Asian martial arts. Our goal is not only to train traditional techniques, but also to test them as realistically as possible. Therefore we attach great importance to sparring. Each participant can decide for himself if and how intensive he wants to do sparring. Since there are no rankings and points, a friendly test of strength takes place without a dogged fight for victory. More info
